7th North American Knanaya Association’s fund raising raffle drawing was conducted on December 25th, 2014 at St. Joseph Knanaya Church of Long Island after the Holy Quarbana. Raffle Chief Coordinatorand NAKC Board member K.P. Andrews Kunnuparampil welcomed everyone and gave the instructions. North America and Europe Regional Metropolitan Arch Bishop H.E. Dr. Ayub Mor Silvanos blessed the raffle tickets and Vicar and President of the Church Rev. Fr. Joseph Jacob Parathodathil supervised the raffle drawing.

Association’s non members from the St. Joseph Church who helped to sell the ticket were called to pick up the winning number. Dr. Alexander Edayadi who sold the most ticket picked up the first winning number and winner was announced by His Eminence. Second winning number was picked up by Marykutty Pallickal, Third winning number was picked up by Sunny Ammanathu. Ten consolation prizes were picked by Maliyil Markose and Jacob Kathanasseril. The following are main winners: First Prize $ 5000: Benny Peter Puthenkalam from Philadelphia.Second Prize $ 2500: Arjun Abraham from Hammond.

Third Prize $1000: ADH Health Products from Congers. There were ten $ 100 consolation prize were given out too. Saju Kannankuzathu, Joint Secretary of the NAKC, Thomas Abraham Chirayilparampil raffle Coordinator, and Thomaskutty Kannalil Association Member helped to conduct the drawing and verified the name of the winners. Rev. Fr. Joseph Jacob Parathodathil congratulated the winners. He said the special thanks to each and every one who brought the ticket to help this fund raising event.
