Reacting to the issue of DCM's post, Finance Minister K M Mani has said that the Congress alone cannot decide on the post of deputy chief minister and it has to be discussed in the UDF.

Even the decision on chief minister was made after holding discussions in the UDF. He has also mentioned that cabinet reshuffling has to be done soon.

A union cabinet berth is the privilege of Kerala Congress (M) Mani said and pointed out that he did not go to Delhi as he was not called by the High Command for talks.
