വാഷിങ്ങ്ടണ്‍: കോവിഡ്  പടരുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ എച്ച്.വണ്‍ ബി വിസ, ഗ്രീന്‍ കാര്‍ഡ് തുടങ്ങിയവക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷകര്‍ക്ക് രേഖകള്‍ സമര്‍പിക്കാന്‍ 60 ദിവസത്തെ ഇളവ് അനുവദിച്ചു.
 
 
യു.എസ്. ഇമ്മിഗ്രേഷന്‍ സര്‍വീസ് (യു.എസ്.ഐ.എസ്) ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന രേഖകളും തെളിവുകളും നല്‍കുന്നതിനാണു അവസാന തീയതി കഴിഞ്ഞ് 60 ദിവസം കൂടി നല്‍കുന്നത്. ഈ കാലാവധിക്കു ശേഷമേ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കൂ 
USCIS Extends Flexibility for Responding to Agency Requests
In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is extending the flexibilities it announced on March 30 to assist applicants and petitioners who are responding to certain:
 
·    Requests for Evidence;
 
·    Continuations to Request Evidence (N-14);
 
·    Notices of Intent to Deny;
 
·    Notices of Intent to Revoke;
 
·    Notices of Intent to Rescind and Notices of Intent to Terminate regional investment centers; and
 
·    Filing date requirements for Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion.
 
Notice/Request/Decision Issuance Date:
 
This flexibility applies to the above documents if the issuance date listed on the request, notice or decision is between March 1 and July 1, 2020, inclusive.
 
Response Due Date: 
 
USCIS will consider a response to the above requests and notices received within 60 calendar days after the response due date set in the request or notice before taking action. USCIS will consider a Form I-290B received up to 60 calendar days from the date of the decision before it takes any action.
 
USCIS is adopting several measures to protect our workforce and community and to minimize the immigration consequences for those seeking immigration benefits during this time.

Recently the SDA, in cooperation with the Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, has received more than $1.8 million through settlements across three separate environmental remediation matters. The first matter was settled following a formal mediation through the New Jersey Office of Dispute Settlement. The Estate of Alan Zelinger, Ethical Products, Inc., Bell Construction, Inc. and Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. agreed to pay the SDA $800,000 for costs associated with the environmental remediation of a property acquired for the construction of the First Avenue Elementary School in Newark.
